Custom Three Seasons Porches

A three-season room or porch is an enclosed outdoor living space that can be used in the spring, summer, and fall.

They are typically one step above a traditional screened-in porch with the option of having floor-to-ceiling panels that block airflow, pollen, wind, rain, and snow.

Please note that they are different than a Sunroom since they are not thermal rated.

There are quite a few benefits when compared to a standard deck!

1. You can open side panels to allow ventilation.
2. You can close side panels for use in the early spring and late fall with an outdoor heater.
3. The roof is covered allowing you to have sun, rain, and snow protection.
4. You have better bug and insect protection.
5. You still have full customization of the space with an outdoor seating layout.

Yes, they are. Unlike a standard sunroom, three-season rooms do not require insulation, drywall, or solid flooring.

If you are looking for a cheaper extension to your home, then a three-season room can be perfect!

A space heater would work fine, or you can use something more permanent like an Infratech heater or fireplace.

However, due to the lack of insulation, please keep in mind that when heat is turned off, heat rises and therefore dissipates more quickly.

A traditional permit is required, and we would be more than happy to address these depending on the size and location of the project.

The Porch Conversation panels offer a 4-sash system. When fully opened, you will have a 75% breeze that will cool down the room.

A traditional screened-in porch typically takes between 3-4 weeks to complete.

A three-season room will add 10 weeks for all projects, mostly due to the porch conversions being a special order. Each panel is custom-made for each project.
